Fright Mall provides several programs which offer discounts on volume purchases of merchandise. The amount of the discount is determined by the items purchased plus the total value of the order. Typically, discounts range from 5% to 20%. The details and restrictions are listed below.

· Our minimum order to qualify for volume discount is $1,000.00 and not one item can cost $500.00 or more.

· For orders shipped within the continental US we will ship UPS Ground.

· We will ship internationally but shipment has to be FOB Charlotte, NC. Customer will be responsible for coordinating international shipping pickup at our distribution center as well as all duties, taxes and fees related to export.

· Most volume discounts require payment via wire transfer which can take up to three (3) to five (5) business days to process. Orders cannot be processed until funds are received.

· Discount coupons, promotional offers, affiliate program commissions and returns are not applicable on volume discount orders.

· Quotations for large volume discount orders are valid for five (5) days and subject to stock availability.

· In most cases we are able to ship large orders within five (5) business days.

· Not all items we sell on our website are eligible for the same volume discount or a volume discount at all. These items include “close out” items, gift cards, affiliate website products, large animated props, specialty licensed products and others.
